By downloading or using Structure, these terms will automatically apply to you.

Structure is committed to ensuring the Service is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

Structure stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. If you are using the Structure app, it’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Structure app won’t work properly or at all.

You’re not allowed to copy or modify any part of Structure (website, app, etc.), or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to extract the source code of Structure or make derivative versions. In the case that a derivative version is created, all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights of that version belong to Structure.

Data Usage

If you’re using the Structure app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Software Issues

If you're using the Structure app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, users may experience issues, also known as bugs. Structure accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

Software Updates

Structure will be updated over time. Structure is currently available on iOS. The requirements for iOS (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Structure will support the most recent, major version of iOS (i.e. iOS 15) and one major version prior (i.e. iOS 14). Structure does not support beta versions of iOS. If your device is not running a version of iOS that Structure supports, you will not be able to download updates or request support from Structure. When new versions of Structure are released, you will be expected to update to that version. Support will not be provided for outdated versions of Structure.

We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and delete it from your device.

Subscriptions

Structure offers two paid subscription tiers - Pro and Enterprise. Both tiers offer additional features beyond the basic functionality of Structure that is offered to all users, free of charge. The pricing and features included with the paid subscription tiers can be found on the Pricing page.

By upgrading to either of the paid subscription tiers, you agree to pay the amount listed on the Pricing page. If you fail to pay for the service by the required date, Structure will revoke access to features granted to users on the paid subscription tiers, which could cause you to lose some functionality in Structure. Upon making the required payment, Structure will re-enable access to features granted under the paid subscription tier that you are signed up for.

Refunds

We're disappointed to hear you want a refund but we respect your choice. If you are paying for the Enterprise subscription and want a refund, please reach out to support@structuregraphing.com to discuss refund options. If you are paying for the Pro subscription and want a refund, you must follow-up with Apple to request a refund.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update our Terms & Conditions in the future and advise you to review this page regularly for updates. We will notify you of any changes by posting updates on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
